The Gjelina Group
Our hospitality group based in Venice Beach, CA. Venice is home to our two restaurants, Gjelina and Valle, Gjusta - our deli-bakery-cafe, GTA - our take away spot, and Gjusta Goods - our retail store.

We opened GTA adjacent to Gjelina in 2011. Since then GTA has become a staple of the Abbot Kinney community.

Gjusta opened late Fall of 2014 as a commissary kitchen providing bread and other products for Gjelina Group’s other restaurants, Gjelina and GTA, but quickly grew to be much more. Gjusta is a California deli, bakery, café, and market influenced by traditional East Coast Delis, European Markets, and Parisian Bakeries.

Gjusta Goods is the lifestyle extension of the Gjelina Group and is two doors down from Gjusta in what used to be the bakery's dry goods storage. Our shop features handmade ceramics, linens, homeware, apparel, vintage clothing, pantry items and curated gift boxes. Our main line of ceramics and linens were designed in-house and are manufactured with local artisans. These lines were developed for daily use in our restaurants, and have expanded organically to full lines for the home.
